Building a Strong Foundation

In order to move confidently and without pain during the “big” movements of daily life and sport, it is essential to build a strong foundation through the “little” movements in your joints. At Precision, we use the Movement System Impairments (MSI) framework, developed by Dr Shirley Sahrmann, for diagnosis and development of your treatment plan.
